Hibiki Suntory Japanese whisky is amber in colour and has a palate honey like sweetness, candied orange peel, with white chocolate. Hibiki Suntory has a subtle, tender long finish and with hint of mizuna.

Hibiki whisky is a harmonious blend of innumerous malt and grain from Yamazaki, Hakushu distillery and Chita distillery which are meticulously blended to create a full orchestra of flavors and aromas. Hibiki was launched in 1989 Japan to commemorate Suntory’s 90th anniversary. The whiskey is drawn from 5 different types of cask, including American white oak cask, Sherry cask and Mizuna oak cask. The blend itself was crafted by the Suntory Whiskey blending team, led by Master Blender Shingo Torii. The whiskey is bottled at 43% ABV.
