Patron XO Café is a very good tequila-based coffee liqueur from Patron family. This is made and blended entirely within Jalisco, Mexico. This is blend from Patron Silver tequila with natural coffee essence, and is more like a coffee flavored tequila, than a liqueur, because it is not overtly sweet. The Xo café is bottled in a frosted square glass bottle which is topped with a Portugal crafted cork.
When XO Café poured into glass it displayed itself as a very dark brown spirit similar in colour to dark black coffee.
The aroma is rich with coffee scents, but there is quite a bit more going on as the punky agave aroma under the coffee is also on display. A syrupy sweetness is rising into the air as well, and liqueur-like spirit. It seems to have a sense of some very light chocolate scents and perhaps some very mild licorice as well. These last two impressions are very light and may indeed be figments of my imagination.
Has a bold, strong coffee with balanced sweetness, tequila warms the palate with wafts of nutty agave syrup.
The finish is long and sweet with a hint of pepper, agave, and chocolate lingering on the palate. There's absolutely no heat or kick, making it incredibly easy to drink.

45ml Patron xo Café
180 ml Club Soda
60ml Heavy cream
· In the bottom of a glass, stir Xo Café and heavy cream together.
· While stirring, pour club soda into the glass, stirring continuously to achieve a frothy texture.
· Serve with a straw.
