Hayman’s use a traditional pot still to create this traditional Gin to allow the flavors of the botanicals to develop their full potential. Hayman’s London Dry Gin is carefully distilled at Hayman’s distillery which was established in 1863 by James Burrough. The gin is adored for its coriander, orange peel, zesty citrus and floral flavor notes. Other offerings from Hayman’s include its Old Tom, Sloe, Gently Rested, Hopped and Royal Dock. Appearance Crystal clear Aromas Hints of playful pine immediately at the nose. Muscular lemon oil builds out most of the aroma, with a dash of licorice root for good measure. Palate The palate is creamy and unctuous. Early on citrus oils and mild sweetness hold court, before the flavor unfolds.
