Simple Syrup Recipe

Simple Syrup
Making a Simple syrup almost as boiling water. Simple syrup is a staple cocktail sweetener which has earned its name. It consists of simply equal parts granulated sugar and water. You can also infuse your simple syrup with countless ingredients-including spices, herbs and fruit-based on the flavor profile you want to achieve. Simple syrup is used to add a zip to cocktails such as the Paloma, Old Fashioned or any favorite sweet cocktail.
The best part is a homemade simple syrup, when once sealed and refrigerated, can live a happy, productive life for up to a month. That’s 30 days of shaking, stirring, blending and drinking your own homemade cocktails, from classics like the Daiquiri to new concoctions you create on the fly.
